My Story

Personal Profile

A lot of people have the opportunity to pursue what they love to do. I’m not one of them. However, I love what I do. Since I decided to study Computer Information Systems for my first degree I have been thrilled by every step of the journey. I know that I still have so much to learn from others in the industry. I am open to learn and try out new things, take on new project adventures and provide some ground breaking solutions to problems while I'm at it. I’m a hard worker, a team player and excited to see what projects could benefit from my unique skill set.

Software Engineer Intern

  • Created conversation stories in Twine for Mabu healthcare management software, to enhance adherence to medication for patients with chronic diseases.

  • Created logic files with Lua programming language, updated conversation databases using google sheets, ran integration tests on conversation stories and logic files using Python programming language, and collaborated with team members using Slack and Git.

May 2021 - May 2022

IT Help Desk Technician, Boston University Metropolitan College

Provide technical support such as replies to inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software, updating software, step by step guides and walkthroughs, hardware and software setups for end users by phone, email or in person.
Applications used are ServiceNow, Social intents, Microsoft teams, Cisco jabber, Beyond Trust (Bomgar), SharePoint and Teem.
